DUEX is currently in private pilot. This page describes how we handle information from people who visit duex.app, contact us, or participate in a pilot.
Who we are
DUEX is an early-stage product operated by Arvinder Singh from Toronto, Canada. Privacy contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Site visits. Basic web access logs (IP, user agent, referrer, page) collected by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.
- Email. When you write to [email protected], we store the message contents and your contact details so we can respond and follow up.
- Pilot data. If you participate in a paid pilot, deal context you submit through DUEX is stored to provide the service and produce decision records.
What we do with it
- Operate the site, respond to inquiries, run pilots, and improve the service.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use customer pilot data to train public models. We may review outputs for that customer's pilot only, to debug the workflow and report pilot results.
Subprocessors
To run DUEX, we use selected service providers, including but not limited to:
- Cloudflare (DNS, hosting, security)
- Google Workspace (email)
- Selected model providers, which may include Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, and others
Model providers process inputs to generate outputs as part of the service. Provider retention and abuse-monitoring behavior depends on the provider and contracted configuration used for the pilot; we will disclose the applicable providers before pilot data is submitted.
Data retention
We keep pilot data only as long as needed to provide the service and complete the pilot report. On request, we delete pilot data within 30 days unless retention is required for security, legal, or billing records.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
The current static site does not use third-party advertising cookies or analytics cookies. If product functionality later requires first-party storage, we will update this policy.
Changes
As DUEX grows, this policy will be updated. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
